First up is the heavyweight banger ‘Knockdown’ taking influence from both Breaks and Dubstep genres. A truly monster debut track from the young producer. The fat drums and huge bassline make this track a big one to watch out for!

Next, ‘Breaks In Ya Face’ takes the popular Nu Skool Breaks sound and gives it a boost in this chunky tune – the crunchy synths and powerful beat typical of TEMAZO’s style.

Finally, the Psy-Breaks roller ‘Destiny’ is one for the more thoughtful Breaks fan with soaring synths, smooth bass and dreamy piano riffs.

Release date: October 14th 2011
Styles: Breaks, Breakbeat

  • Upon its release Knockdown gained instant success landing itself in the coveted Beatport top 100 Breaks listing. It then stomped its way to 74 & now currently sitting at 60, the track is certainly doing as its title suggests. The wobble in the tracks bass is nothing short of amazing & the call & response from start to finish is sublime! Breaks In Ya Face leads with a well-sampled hip hop vocal & an unshakable beat making it another killah tune from the Glasgow producer. Bringin the pace back slightly is Destiny. This is a perfect middle set track with beats that drift & filter over haunting keys that leave an aftereffect of complete bliss. Temazo absolutely floors it with this release & to think ‘this is just the beginning’………
